Clearwater, FL - Res-Net Microwave Inc., a subsidiary of Electro Technik Industries, Inc., introduces a new line of CVD diamond resistive components.

This new series of resistors offers excellent power handling capabilities and frequency response to 30GHz.  The superior thermal properties of CVD diamond (high conductivity and low expansion) and total thin film construction make these resistors ideal for pulsed power applications. The mechanical and electrical characteristics of these chips provide a robust solution for many aerospace and military applications while its standardized production process keep the cost competitive for commercial use. 

 
These components have solderable and wire bondable gold finish and are compliant with RoHS and other environmental directives. These resistors are available in 0402 size (50 and 100 ohms, 20 watts, DC-30 GHz) and 0603 size (50 and 100 ohms, 50 watts, DC-20 GHz) and can be packaged in tape and reel or waffle pack.
